I found the location quite convenient. The hotel is near a monorail station and the Toyosu market. It was easy to get around Toyosu and see the sights near Odaiba. The room amenities were modern and well-kept.
I noticed the same breakfast options were available every day. The breakfast had only a few minor changes. the hotel did not offer many amenities such as pajamas. (I usually expect that.) There were no coin laundry machines available.

panoramic view sufficient drawers convenient store
i stayed in a room with a panoramic view on the tokyo side. storage was well-managed with sufficient drawers, though the room wasn't large enough to spread out luggage. a lawson store is conveniently located on-site, open 24 hours. i found the hotel's location a comfortable walking distance from the fish market.
i found it challenging to adjust the water temperature in the bathroom to my liking. the floor in the shower room had mosaic tiles. the floor was uncomfortably cold to walk on.

i was not happy with the room service. the food took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. also, the menu had limited options, i think. another thing, the pillows were not good. they were too soft and didn't support my neck at all, .

convenient store easy access new fish market easy transport
i found a convenient store downstairs. it proved very useful for quick needs. the location offers easy access to the new fish market. i enjoyed walking there and exploring the area. transport to disneyland was surprisingly easy from this location. i found this feature very helpful.
the front desk seemed a bit inflexible. a slight delay in checkout wasn't accommodated.

the rooms were a good size, much appreciated. the view at night were wonderful from the high floor, AMAZING.
